Hello!!  I am professor at Oakland University (OU) where I study, teach, and conduct research on communication and leadership.  I have published a number of articles and book chapters related to this topic, and I am regular presenter at the International Leadership Association (ILA) conference and the Academic Chairpersons Conference.  In addition to my academic work, I was also the chair of OU's Department of Communication, Journalism, and Public Relations for 6 years and, until recently, the chair of the Ethics and Leadership division for the ILA.  I teach courses on leadership and organizational communication at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
